Method 1: Follow the Basic Troubleshooting Steps 

1. Ensure the printer cables are properly secured and tight. 
2. Try rebooting your computer and the printer.
3. Check that there is no paper jam in any part of the printer.
4.  Ensure the printer status is online and is ready to print. 

Method 2: Disable “Use Printer Offline” and “Pause Printing” Options

1. Go to the search bar, type Run, and choose the relevant app. 
2. When the Run box opens, type Settings and click OK. 
3. After opening the settings option, choose “Bluetooth and Devices”.
4.  Now select the “Printer & Scanners” option
5. Find your printer, right-click it, and select “See what’s printing.”
6. In the new window, hit the Printer tab, and a drop-down list will appear
7. After that, uncheck “Use Printer Offline” and the “Pause Printing” option.

Method 3: Ensure the Print Spooler Start Type Is Automatic

1. Enter the “services.msc” command in the Run box and hit OK. 
2. In the new window, point to Print Spooler and right-click on it. 
3. Click on Restart or the Start option if the spooler is stopped. 
4. Again, right-click the Spooler option and select Properties. 
5. Ensure the spooler Startup Type is Automatic; if not, set it from the list. 
6. After setting it to Automatic, select OK and click on the Apply button. 
7. Check that the problem has been fixed and that the printer is usually working. 

Method 4: Delete All Spooler Files And Restart It

1. Firstly, stop the spooler service from running on the system. 
2.  Click the OK button, and it will navigate to the Printers folder. 
3.  Select all the files in the Printers folder at once and delete them. 
4.  Click Yes on the confirmation window that pops up on the screen. 
5.  Again, restart the Spooler service by right-clicking on it. 
6.  Finally, reboot the computer and the printer to apply the changes.
