When you see an error indicating low ink levels or empty cartridges, you must replace the old cartridges with the new ones.
When the ink levels are low, your printer will display the low ink or toner levels on the screen. In this case, you need to replace those cartridges. Besides, when your printer prints low-quality, it also indicates low ink or toner levels. If multiple cartridges are empty, replace them with the new ones using the same method.
Your printer shows error codes for specific reasons. For instance, a paper jam, low ink levels, cartridge issues, or normal driver issues. Sometimes, it can also be due to a weak internet connection or some internal printer damage. Usually, the printer shows what is wrong with it. Otherwise, you can check its user manual.
To resolve a paper jam on your printer, you need to open your printer queue/tray and check for any obstructions in that. If you see any traces of paper, remove them with tweezers and clean the feed rollers with a damp cloth. Also, you need to install new, fresh papers in the print queue and close it.
If your printer shows low ink levels, you need to open the cartridge access door located at the top or front of the printer and remove the empty cartridge gently from the slot. After that, take the new cartridge and unpack it, and install it in the given slot until it fits completely into it. After that, repeat the same process with the other cartridge and close the access door. Now, you can try taking a test print, and the low ink level error will be gone.
