A print job is stuck in the queue when a page is waiting to be printed but is not being processed due to a problem with the print queue or your Fujitsu printer.
 

These are some signs of a print job stuck in the queue: 

• The printer is not printing. 
• Error codes and messages are displayed on the printer’s control panel. 
• The printer is not showing “Printing” or “Completed” status. 

Here are some common causes for a print job stuck in the queue: 

• A paper jam in the printer. 
• Power issues. 
• Outdated printer software. 
• Incorrect printer settings. 
• The network connection is not good. 
• The printer has hardware problems. 

All of these are the common reasons for a print job to get stuck in the queue. However, troubleshooting all these problems is quite easy, and anyone can perform them just by following the steps mentioned below. 

Fix 1: Restart the Print Spooler Service

The print spooler is a software utility that manages the printing process. It works by storing print jobs and managing their printing once you issue the command.
 

When the print job is stuck in the printer queue, you can restart the print spooler service, which will fix the problem and help you print once again. 

1. Turn off your Fujitsu printer by disconnecting it from the power source. 
2. Then, click on the Windows Start icon, search for the Services option, and select it. 
3. Now, scroll down and find “Print Spooler” from the list of programs. Once found, right-click on it and select the Stop option from the expanded menu. 
4. Next, launch Windows Explorer from the taskbar by pressing the Windows key and E on the keyboard.

6. Select all the files from the Printers folder and hit the Delete button to delete them. 
7. Then, go back to the Print Spooler option, right-click on that, and click the Restart option. 
8. Now, shut down your computer and disconnect all printer wires from the power source to turn it off. After waiting a few minutes, connect the printer wires again and turn on both your computer and printer.

Fix 2: Cancel All the Documents From the Queue

When the print queue is overloaded, it can get stuck and cause problems. You need to delete all the print jobs from it using these steps: 

1. First of all, go to the Windows Start button on the taskbar and search for the Control Panel. 
2. Then, go to the Hardware and Sound option. On the next screen, select Devices and Printers and finally click Printers and Scanners. 
3. Select your printer and right-click on it. Then, select “See What’s Printing.” 
4. Now, a new window will open showing all the pending print jobs. Select all the print jobs and click Cancel all documents.

Fix 3: Clear the Paper Jam

Sometimes, a paper jam can also get a print job stuck in the queue. Hence, you need to remove the paper jam using the steps given below: 

1. Disconnect the power cable from the printer and the power outlet. 
2. Then, pull off the paper tray, check for papers in the tray, and remove the damaged, folded, and bent paper. There should only be aligned papers in the tray. 
3. Check if the printer’s tray is clean and free from debris. If there is dirt, take an absorbent material and clean out the dirt buildup. 
4. Fix the paper tray back into its place and close all the paper access doors. 
5. Finally, connect the printer to the power cable and turn it on.
