Fujitsu Printer Job Stuck In Queue

When the print job is stuck in the printer queue, you can restart the print spooler service, which will fix the problem and help you print once again. 

 

  1. Turn off your Fujitsu printer by disconnecting it from the power source. 
  2. Then, click on the Windows Start icon, search for the Services option, and select it. 
  3. Now, scroll down and find Print Spooler” from the list of programs. Once found, right-click on it and select the Stop option from the expanded menu. 
  4. Next, launch Windows Explorer from the taskbar by pressing the Windows key and E on the keyboard.

  3. Select your printer and right-click on it. Then, select See What’s Printing.” 
  4. Now, a new window will open showing all the pending print jobs. Select all the print jobs and click Cancel all documents

  2. Then, pull off the paper tray, check for papers in the tray, and remove the damaged, folded, and bent paper. There should only be aligned papers in the tray. 
  3. Check if the printer’s tray is clean and free from debris. If there is dirt, take an absorbent material and clean out the dirt buildup. 
  4. Fix the paper tray back into its place and close all the paper access doors.
