Fujitsu Printer Offline

An offline printer doesn’t print and shows an offline status on the control panel. In this issue, your printer can’t communicate with the computer. It happens when the printer is disconnected from the internet connection or the power source.

These are the signs of an offline printer :

  • The printer will not work as usual.
  • An offline printer error is displayed on the printer’s control panel.
  • The Wi-Fi light on the printer is off or blinking.

Here are the main reasons behind an offline Fujitsu printer:

  • Paper jams in the print queue.
  • Outdated printer drivers.
  • Insufficient ink or toner cartridges
  • Incorrect printer settings.
