In Windows

1) Reinstall the driver of the printer:

• Download the driver and reinstall it to your printer.

2) Configure the setting of the printer:

3) Restart Print Spooler:

4) Disable Virtual Private Networks:

Try disabling the VPN service of your system temporarily; this may create a problem for your printer and create a Printer Offline issue.
