Panasonic Printer Code Errors and Messages

Panasonic printers are among the top printing devices in the printing market. These printers are used widely for big and small businesses. Additionally, many people use this printer in their shops and for personal use at home. Though Panasonic printers work very authentic and have worked very fine for long years, you can face some problems with the printers every once in a while.

You can get error codes and messages for any specific issue you face with your printer. So, below are some of the error codes and messages you can get on your Panasonic device and solutions to fix them.

Issue- Dirty spots on the back side of the paper.

Cause- The fuser is not clean

Solution- Clean the fuser of your printer

  • Go to the job menu and look for the ‘FUSER CLEAN.’
  • Once you tap on the fuser clean, it will rotate the printer’s fuser for around 10 seconds.
  • After that, it will print a duplex page with a particular pattern in order to clean the fuser, and then it will stop.
  • In the end, you can check if the problem still persists by printing a test page.

Issue- Cannot find the printer driver icon.

Cause- LaserWriter is missing from your computer device.

Solution:-

  • First of all, you need to make sure that you have installed the LaserWriter on your computer device.
  • Also, ensure that you are using a standard cable to connect your devices.
  • Additionally, inspect whether the printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
  • If you are using an iOS computer system, then go to the control menu and check that Apple talk is connected to the appropriate network.

Issue- Showing ‘low toner stop’ on the display of the printer.

Cause- The ink level in the print cartridge is low or running out of ink.

Solution:-

  • First and foremost, you need to remove the ink cartridge from your printer device.
  • And check the level of the ink in the cartridge.
  • If it runs out of ink, you need to replace the cartridge with the new one or refill it with the ink based on the type of cartridge your printer has.
  • When the ink is refilled, or you have a new ink cartridge, put it back in the printer.
  • Lastly, check if the printer is still showing that issue or not.

Issue- Getting ‘paper jam’ error message on display.

Cause- The paper has stuck somewhere in the printer.

Solutions:-

  • First, you need to detach the document tray from the printer. (Also, the document tray can have some weights, so hold it carefully)
  • If you see the edge of any stuck paper in the feed area, grab the paper from the two sides properly and slowly pull it out from the printer.
  • After that, in the paper tray, there are no wrinkled or folded papers. Also, ensure that the paper is placed properly in the tray.
  • Next, you need to put back the document tray in the printer.
  • In the last step, you are required to open and close the printer’s top cover to the message of paper jam.

Issue- The system cannot send the printer data to the printer.

Cause- there is some error in the printer cable or port connection.

Solutions:-

  • First, you are required to move to the back side of your Panasonic printer.
  • And then, take the appropriate end of the cord and connect it to the cord of the printer.
  • After that, connect the other end of the cord to a power outlet.
  • Press the power button on the printer to turn it on.
  • Next, you will hear some noise coming from the printer when it starts running. Also, the ‘Ready’ notification will appear on the screen.
  • Lastly, print a test copy to see if the problem in the printer is removed or not.

Issue- ‘Internal error’ message is appearing on the control panel.

Cause- the printer is having some minor or major technical issues.

Solution:-

In most cases restarting the printer is the best way to fix this error code.

  • To restart your printer, first, you need to turn off your printer.
  • After that, remove the printer’s cord from the power outlet and from the computing device if you have a wired printer.
  • Now, you need to leave the printer untouched for 2-3 minutes.
  • Afterward, attach the cables of the printers to the power outlet and press the power button to turn it on.
  • After that, connect the printer to your computer device.
  • Finally, your printer is reset and ready to print documents.

Issue- the printer is showing ‘Memory overflow.’
