Printing not printing is a condition when you send a document, and your Panasonic printer doesn’t print it. It is a common issue that users face. It can happen when the printer is overloaded with print jobs or when the printer is not set as the default printer. Hence, you need to correct this issue by working on the causes. Basic Troubleshooting 

Solution 1: Restart the Printer and Computer

Restarting the printer and computer is the first step towards fixing the printer’s not printing problem. Let’s check out the steps involved in restarting these devices. 

Printer: 

1. Press and hold the power button on the Panasonic printer to turn it off. 
2. Then, disconnect its power cable from the power switch on the wall outlet. 
3. Wait for 60 seconds and then reconnect the power cable to the wall outlet. 
4. After that, press and hold the power button on the printer to turn it on. 

Computer: 

1. To start, click the Windows icon on the computer’s taskbar at the bottom left. 
2. Now, click the power button and select the Restart option. 

After a few seconds, your computer will be restarted. 

Solution 2: Check the Cable Connection

If your Panasonic printer is not printing, it can happen when the cable connection is not good. Therefore, check if the USB cable is well-connected to your computer and printer. If you find the cable loose, tighten it. You can try changing the ports of your USB cable on the printer and computer. Moreover, you can also replace the cable if it is not in good condition.

Solution 1: Clear the Print Queue

When your print queue is overloaded with print documents, it can cause various problems. The printer not printing is one of those issues. So, if your Panasonic printer is not printing, you can clear the print queue. Check how to do it: 

1. To start, click the Windows icon on the computer’s taskbar at the bottom left. 
2. Then, search for the Settings option. Otherwise, you can press the Windows key + I to open Settings. 
3. Now, click the Bluetooth & Devices option on the left side of the screen. 
4. After that, click the Printers & Scanners option and choose your Panasonic printer from the list. 
5. Next, click the Open Queue option, and a window will appear showing all the printable documents. 
6. Then, right-click on each document and click the Cancel button. 
7. Select Yes when you see a confirmation message.

3. Now, click the Bluetooth & Devices option. 
4. After that, select the Printers & Scanners option. 
5. Choose your printer from the list of devices and select “Set as default.” 

Now, your printer is set as the default printer, and you can start printing again.
