  • And then, you need to reinstall the machine driver. For this, go to the web browser and place the printer manufacturer’s download section.
  • After that, move to the page of driver download. After that, enter the exact model of the device.
  • Lastly, when you get the related driver, you need to download it by going through the pop-up instructions.

For Windows 10 OS:

  • First of all, go to the keyboard, click on the Windows logo button and the R key at the same time, and then enter the services.msc and tap on the Enter button.
  • And then, move to the Services tab, and then go down until you get Print Spooler. After that, right-tap on it and press the Stop button.
  • Now, go to the keyboard, and click on the Windows logo button and the R key at the same time. Then enter the %WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers and tap on the Enter button.
  • Next, you need to tap on all the files that are in the folder and then remove them. Doing it simply is to clear the print queues.
  • Then, move back to the Services tab, place the Print Spooler, and double-tap on it.
  • Now, press the Start button, and then in Startup enter, choose Automatic and press the OK button just to save the changes.

  • First and foremost, tap on the option of Applications. After that, tap on the Epson folder of Software to start it.
  • Therefore, if you are not getting the Epson Software Updater, then you need to download it – https://epson.com/Support/wa00590.
  • And when downloading the updater, select the Epson Firmware Update and then tap on the box. After that, press the Install.
  • Next, click Agree to begin.
  • After that, if needed, then enter the username and password.
  • Now, double-tap on the icon of Epson Firmware updaters in the given tab and start the updater.
  • Next, tap on I Agree and then click on the Next key.
