  1. First of all, go to the keyboard, click on the Windows logo button and the R key at the same time, and then enter the services.msc and tap on the Enter button.
  2. And then, move to the Services tab, and then go down until you get Print Spooler. After that, right-tap on it and press the Stop button.
  3. Now, go to the keyboard, and click on the Windows logo button and the R key at the same time. Then enter the %WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers and tap on the Enter button.
  4. Next, you need to tap on all the files that are in the folder and then remove them. Doing it simply is to clear the print queues.
  5. Then, move back to the Services tab, place the Print Spooler, and double-tap on it.
