• After that, you have to double-tap on the device Print Spooler.
• And then, tap on the Stop button and then press the OK button.
• Now, minimize the Services tab. After that, go to File Explorer (which is given on the keyboard, and then click on the Windows logo button and then the E button at the same time).
• Next, you need to copy and paste the %windir%\System32\spool\PRINTERS address to the given address bar. After that, click on the Enter button on the keyboard to move to where the print jobs are placed.
• After that, remove all the files in the open folder.
• Now, you have to restore the Services tab. And then double-press the Print Spooler service.
• And then tap on the Start key. When the service begins, you are required to click on the OK button to save the replacement and shut off this dialog.
• After that, turn off all the opened tabs and switch off the computer system.
• Next, switch off the printer device and then disconnect the power cable from it.
