Method 1

  • First, you have to go to the Taskbar of your computer screen and then right-click on the option.
  • After that, you need to choose the option Windows PowerShell (Administrator).
  • Now, company and then paste the Install-Module PSWindowsUpdate command for updating the Windows Update Module.
  • Next, you have to press the A button for confirmation. (You have to wait for some time as it can take a while.)
  • Once the operation is done correctly, you are required to find the available windows updates on your computer system. (To do that, copy and paste the Get-WUList code).
  • Furthermore, you need to find the update you want to hide and also write down the KB number or the name of the update. (This information will be helpful for hiding the update.)
  • Now, in Powershell, copy and paste the Hide-WindowsUpdate -KBArticleID KBNUMBER command.
  • In the next step, you are required to change the KB NUMBER with the updated number you want to remove.
  • In case you cannot find the KBNUMBER, then you can use the hide Hide-WindowsUpdate - Title “TITLE” to block the update.
  • Next, you have to click on the A button to confirm the process.
  • Now, it will hide your targeted Windows update.
  • In the last step, you need to update the Windows OS again.

Method 2

  • First of all, it is required to open the Settings option on your Windows device. To do that, you can simultaneously press the Windows key and the I button on the keyboard.
  • When the Settings window is open, you need to choose the ‘Devices’ option.
  • In the Devices tab, go to its left panel and choose the ‘Devices and Printers’ or ‘Printer or Scanner’ option.
  • Now, move to the right panel and go down to click on the Related Settings option.
  • Next, you need to search for the Konica Minolta Driver Packages and then delete them by utilizing the installation software package.
  • After that, you have to enter the ‘Printer management’ in the search bar and hit the Enter key to open it.
  • And then, click on the Customers Filters option, which is located in the left panel, and then click on the ‘All Drivers’ option.
  • Then look into the right panel to locate your Konica Minolta printer and right-click on it.
  • Subsequently, you are required to choose the delete option. (Also, make sure to delete all the drivers if you see more than one.)
  • Moreover, you need to perform the Windows update task one more time.
  • Finally, restart your computer system and update your Windows once again.

  • First and foremost, you are required to open the options such as Printers, Devices or Printers, or Printers or Faxes based on the OS system you are using. After that, you need to open the printer tab.

  • Now, you are required to click on the Standard radio key.
  • Afterward, go to the drop-down menu, choose the ‘Generic Network Card’ option, and click on the next option.
  • Moreover, from the given list of manufacturers, you need to select the Konica printer you use.
  • After that, you need to open the ‘Have Disk’ option. Once you do that, the install disk option tab will open on the next screen.
  • Later you have to click on the Browse key option to appear in the File Locate tab on the screen.
  • Open the ‘Look In’ menu to get access to the place where all the driver files are located.
  • In the further process, you are required to set up an info file (.inf) and then click on the ‘Open’ option.
  • Now, choose the ‘OK’ option.
  • Additionally, choose your Konica printer model from the provided lists of devices and click on ‘Next.’
  • (If there is a need, you have to type the printer name or utilize the default printer name and press the ‘Next’ button.)
  • Choose the option ‘Do not share this printer,’ and then you have to click on the ‘Next’ button.
  • You need to choose the tick on the ‘Set as the default printer’ box if it is necessary to set the printer as your default device.
  • Then, you are required to click on the ‘Finish’ option.
  • Lastly, you have to right-tick on the installable option and port configuration.

Method 4

  • First, you have to press the Windows logo button and R key simultaneously to open the Run dialog box on your computer device.
  • Now, in the search section, type ‘services.msc’ and then click on the ‘Ok’ option or Enter key.
  • When the Services tab is open on the screen, you have to scroll down to the bottom side of the screen until you see the print spooler option.
  • After that, you need to right-click on the print spooler and then select the ‘Stop’ option.
  • Furthermore, once again, open the Run dialog box by using the above step (Win+R) and enter %WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers.
  • Afterward, press the Enter key on the keyboard.
  • Now, it will take you to the folder where all the print jobs are stored; delete all the files from that folder. (It will clear the print queues from your device.)
  • Moreover, you have to head back to the Services tab again and click on the print spooler service one more time.
  • And then click on the ‘Start’ option.
  • Then, choose the ‘Automatic’ option for the ‘Startup Type’ and click on the ‘OK’ option to save the changes you have done.
  • In the final step, print a test copy to check whether the printer is working perfectly or not.

Method 5

  • For the first step, you need to open the Run dialog box.
  • Next, enter the ‘control’ in the search section of the box and then click on ‘OK’ or press Enter button on the keyboard.
  • Now, go to View by option and choose the ‘large icons.’
  • After that, try to locate the ‘Devices and Printers’ option.
  • Afterward, you need to locate your printer device option and right-click on it.
  • From the given list of options, click on the ‘Set as Default Printer’ option.
  • And in the last step, inspect your Konica printer to see if it is working perfectly or not.

  • And then, lock or unlock memory mode will appear on the screen.
  • To delete a memory mode, you have to select it and then press the ‘Delete’ option. (Note- if you want to delete a locked memory mode, then first you need to unlock it.)
