  • First, you need to invoke the Run dialog box in your computer system by pressing the Windows key and the Run button simultaneously.
  • When the Run dialog box is open on the screen, go to the search section and type the ‘services.msc.’
  • After that, you are required to click on the Enter button and click on the ‘Ok’ option.
  • Now in the Services tab, look for the print spooler option and then right-click on it.
  • Next, you need to select the ‘Stop’ option from the list of options.
  • Then, open the Run dialog box again for the further process.
  • After that, you need to type the ‘%windir%\System32\spool\PRINTERS’ and Enter button on the keyboard. (When the pop-up box appears on the screen to ask you for permission, you need to give permission.)
  • Now, in that specific folder, you will get to see the printer jobs located there.
  • You have to delete all the print jobs from the folder you are currently in.
  • Furthermore, you need to open the Run dialog box one more time and type ‘services.msc’ in the search section.
  • And then, you are required to click on ‘OK’ or touch the Enter button on the keyboard.
  • Afterward, choose the print spooler option.
  • Next, you have to right-click on the print spooler option and choose the ‘Start’ option.
  • When the earlier step is done correctly, go to the exit (X) option and click on it to close the Service Window.

For Windows 10 OS

  • Before starting the further process, it is necessary to cancel all the print jobs of your printer device.
  • After that, you have to detach the scanner unit of the printer and remove the paper from there.
  • Check for any torn pieces of paper or scrap inside the machine.
  • Now, you need to slowly and carefully close the scanner unit of your printer. (Also, if you see any debris or paper stuck near the document tray, then remove that too.)
  • Afterward, close the output tray of the printer.
  • Furthermore, you are required to turn off your Konica printer completely and then open its rear unit.
  • And then, bring out all the jammed papers from the rear unit and delete the documents from there. (Note- you need to repeat the step over and over again until every document is out.)
