Kyocera Printer Code Errors and Messages


There are various error codes and error messages that your printer machine faces. Many users do not know the exact solution to all these errors. Below are some of the most common Kyocera error codes or messages and their solutions.

Error code: 1102

Issue: The name of the login user is not correct, or the name has not been entered.

Causes:

  • Windows system files are damaged.
  • The hardware is not correct.
  • Maybe the problem is related to the software.

Solution 1:

  • First of all, log in as an administrator to your laptop.
  • And then click the Start button, then choose All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and finally, System Restore.
  • After that, select the "Restore my laptop to an earlier time" option in the new window and then click Next.
  • Now, pick Next after selecting the most recent system recovery reason from the "On this list, click a restore point" selection.
  • Next, within the confirmation window, click Next.
  • Lastly, when the restoration is finished, the computer is restarted.
  • Now, check if the issue has been resolved or not.

Solution 2:

  • First of all, download the repair tool (1102).
  • And then install the application.
  • And when the scan is finished, click the appropriate Errors button.
  • Now, restart your computer.

Error code: C6000

Causes:

  • Maybe the thermistor wire is broken.
  • If there are high or low voltage problems.
  • Bad contact in the thermistor connector terminals.
  • It is due to an unstable power source.

Solution 1:

  • In the beginning, check the type of DF that is running and then replace the enable and deactivate buttons. There is a greater probability that you may determine anything inaccurately in it.
  • And then ascertain that the correct sort of firmware has been installed in the device. If the incorrect one is introduced, begin selecting the correct one.
  • Now, following that, confirm the saddle link between the DSIPB and DFCB.
  • After that, validate the saddle relationship between the MFPB and DSIPB and accurately introduce it.
  • Lastly, the DSIPB, DFCB, and MFPB must be replaced.

Solution 2:

  • In the beginning, open the printer's top cover and turn on the Power switch.
  • Now, select the 'System' or 'Counter' menu options.
  • And then navigate through the list and choose 'Services.'
  • Now, long press the 'Start' tab, then press # and enter.
  • After that, 'Maintenance' from the drop-down menu.
  • Next, to open it, use the 'Enter' key.
  • Now, open the maintenance window and choose Sim163.

Solution 3:

  • In the beginning, press the β€˜On/Off’ button on the printer display panel to turn off the Kyocera printer.
  • And then, allow at least 5 minutes for the printer to sit idle.
  • Lastly, after 5 minutes, turn it on by pushing the printer's On/Off tab.

Error code: 6000 

Causes:

  • Maybe a defective connector cable or bad contact in the connector.
  • If the triac is defective.
  • Maybe the connector pin is deformed.
  • Fuser thermostat is triggered
  • Maybe the fuser heater wire is defective.

Solution:

  • First, remove and replace the ink cartridges.
  • And then, inspect the Kyocera printer to ensure there is no leftover paper from a paper jam and no strange items within your machine.
  • Next, to switch off the printer, press the Power button.
  • Now, disconnect the printer's data cord (not applicable to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or Infrared).
  • After that, unplug the printer power cable for around 10 minutes before plugging it back in.
  • And if the power cable is hooked into a surge protector, it may be required to plug the cord directly into the wall socket (for testing reasons).
  • Next, reattach the data wire (not applicable to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or Infrared).
  • Now, press Power to restart the printer, then try printing again.
  • At last, if the printer is still not working properly and the carriage is accessible, change the ink. Please repeat the preceding steps.
