Solution 4- Update your PC/laptop

  • Open the setting application by pressing the Windows key, and I key simultaneously. Plus, you can also open the setting by going to the ‘start’ option and double-clicking on the setting option.
  • When the setting is open, click on the update & security.
  • Select the ‘Windows update,’ which is generally located on the left sidebar.
  • Afterward, click on the ‘check for updates on the right side.
  • If you see any updates, click install.

Solution 5- Change the port setting

  • Firstly, Press Windows and R keys simultaneously to open the run command.
  • Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ in the search box and click ok or press Enter.
  • When the device manager is open, click on the view menu and choose the ‘show hidden devices’ option.
  • Afterward, right-click on the COM & LTP port and then click on the properties.
  • In the next step, click on the ‘port setting’ tab and then select ‘use any interrupt assigned to the port.’
  • Look for the ‘Enable legacy Plug and Play detection.’ and then click ok.
  • Lastly, reboot your PC/laptop and test if the problem is solved or not.
