Solution 5- Run the printer troubleshooter

  • Go to Windows and search for the ‘troubleshoot settings’ and click on it. 
  • Now go to the ‘other troubleshoot settings’ and click on the run on the printer option.

Solution 6-Resetting the print spooler

  • In Windows, the print spooler is software that manages the printer's print jobs. So, resetting the print spooler may also fix the problem. Here is the guide to resetting the print spooler. 
  • The first thing you have to do is press the Windows key and R simultaneously on the keyboard to open the run common. 
  • Now type services.msc and press enter or click the ‘Ok’ option. 
  • In the service window, look for the printer spooler. And right-click on the ‘print spooler’ when and then select the ‘stop’ option. 
  • Afterward, press the Windows key and R simultaneously to open the Run command again. 
  • Type %WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers and hit Enter. 
  • Now choose ‘all the files and delete them to clear the print queues. 
  • Go to the ‘service’ again and double-click on the print spooler. 
  • In the last step, click on ‘start, and select Automatic in the ‘start-up type’ and ok. 
  • Test if your Kyocera printer has started working properly or not.
