FAQs

Why is my Kyocera printer facing the job stuck in the queue?

If the Kyocera printer encounters this issue, it’s generally from the Print Spooler service. You will require to restart the service again. If you have recently installed any Windows update, installing the latest available printer driver on your device is favorable.

Follow the given below simple steps to solve the problem of a print job:

  • Initially, click on the Start menu from the bottom side of your screen.
  • Go to the printer settings window.
  • Now, choose your printer and select the open option queue.
  • Now, right-click on the given job and click on the Delete Job.

There are many reasons why your printer doesn't print the document. Sometimes the printer is showing offline because the connection between the computer and printer may not be accurate. If the printer ink is not available, the printer is unable to complete the print job. You are required to inspect the paper tray, ink cartridge, USB connection, and many more things.
