1. Firstly, ensure the printer’s power is on and see the WiFi network indicator on the router.
2. The Kyocera printer shows online only when the router is on, and the WiFi is activated correctly.
3. Your printer must be connected to the same WiFi network as the computer.
4. Rewrite the IP address and the router’s password in the software or your printer.
5. The printer is only registered with the correct IP address and password. Now, it will show online.
6. Now, inspect that any error code is possibly shown on your screen.
7. Sometimes printers show offline because of problems related to the accessories. That's why you should check the toners, printer cartridges, drum unit, etc., to see if they all work correctly.
8. Inspect that there is no paper jammed and enough paper is loaded in the printer tray.
