FAQs

Can a connection issue not allow setting up the HP printer?

The poor connection between printer and computer may not allow setting up the printer. Whether the printer and the computer are connected wirelessly or through a wired connection, you must check that both devices are correctly connected to set up and perform well.

You can easily set up an HP printer with mobile devices. You can download applications like the HP Smart app or Google Cloud Print to print the documents directly from mobile devices. You need to install an app on the mobile and connect it with the printer to print, scan, and share documents via these applications.

An old printer driver version can create an issue with the printer setup. As a printer driver is essential for a complete printer setup, you must install the latest driver version that suits the system's operating system. You must get the printer driver from the HP official site and download it on your computer.
