Fix on Windows PC

Fix 1: Power Cycle the Printer

1. To begin, turn off the power button at the front of your printer. 
2. Then, disconnect the power cable of your printer from the power socket. 
3. Wait for about 60 seconds and reconnect the power cable to the power socket. 
4. Finally, press the power button on the printer to turn it on.

Print Spooler Services is a feature on the Windows computer that manages your overall print jobs. By managing the print spooler services, you can fix the printer setup issue.

1. To begin, click the Windows icon on the computer’s taskbar and type Services. 
2. Then, select the Services option and open it. 
3. Now, scroll and select the Print Spooler option, and right-click on it. 
4. Select the Restart option and let the print spooler services restart. 

Alternatively, you can also first select Stop to stop the functions of a print spooler and then select the Restart option. 

Fix 3: Update the Toshiba Printer Drivers

Download: 

1. On your keyboard, press the Windows and X keys together, and from the options that appear on your screen, select the Device Manager app. 
2. Then, select the Printers option and select your Toshiba printer.

4. Select the Search option automatically for the updated driver software. 

Let the drivers download automatically on the computer and save to the computer’s 

Downloads folder. 

Install: 

1. Open your Downloads folder, and double-click on the drivers file you just downloaded. 
2. Then, extract it. You will see a setup folder; open it and double-click the setup application. 

Now, let the drivers install on your computer.

Fix 1: Uninstall and Reinstall the Printer

Uninstall: 

1. Go to the System Settings on your Mac from the Apple menu. 
2. Then, click the Printers & Scanners option. 
3. Select your printer and select the Remove Printer option. 

Reinstall: 

1. Go to the Printers & Scanners option from the System Settings again. 
2. Then, click the plus sign option to add your Toshiba printer.
