Fix on Windows PC
Fix 1: Power Cycle the Printer
- To begin, turn off the power button at the front of your printer.

Download:

Fix 1: Uninstall and Reinstall the Printer
Uninstall:
- Go to the System Settings on your Mac from the Apple menu.
- Then, click the Printers & Scanners option.
- Select your printer and select the Remove Printer option.
Reinstall:
- Go to the Printers & Scanners option from the System Settings again.
- Then, click the plus sign option to add your Toshiba printer.
