  3. Now, press the Next button to run the troubleshooter and ensure that you have chosen the Apply repairs automatically choice.
  4. Now, inspect whether the printer is offline or online.
  5. Go to the Control Panel.
  6. Now, press the Devices and Printers, and inspect if the printer device is displaying offline or Ready. If it shows Ready, it is online.
  7. If the device is offline, right-press it and choose the ‘Use Printer Online‘ voice.
  8. Next, the screen message should change from Offline to Ready.
  9. Inspect the status of the Print Spooler Dependencies.
  10. Start the Run dialog box, and then enter the services.msc, and press the OK button. It will start the Services app.
  11. Go to the Services app, and move down to adjust the Print Spooler.

  1. First of all, press the Apple icon; after that, tap on System Preferences.

The printer ink monitor will turn off, the device will stop blinking, and the machine itself will continue to print.

  7. Now, after waiting for 30 seconds, ‘0’ will have appeared on the device screen. Click on the ‘Stop’ key four times.
  8. Click on the ‘Power’ key two times.
  9. Next, click on the ‘Power’ key for the third time again. The device will now switch off.
  10. Now, undo the machine’s USB and power cables.
  11. Click on the Power key to control and access the ink cartridge door.
  12. And then, you have to reconnect the USB and main power cables.
  13. Lastly, shut off the machine in the cartridge door and free the Power key.
