• Now in the search section of the Run box, type ‘services.msc’ and select the ‘Ok’ option or press the ‘Enter’ key on the keyboard.
• When the service window opens on your screen, go to the ‘printer spooler’ and double-click on it.
• Then, choose the ‘Stop’ option and click on the ‘OK’ button.
• Next, you need to minimize the service tab by clicking on the minimize (-) option in the top left corner.
• Furthermore, press the Windows key and E simultaneously on the keyboard to open ‘File Explorer.’
• Once the file explorer is open, you must type the %windir%\System32\spool\PRINTERS in the search address section and hit Enter. (This will take you to the print job folder.)
