FAQs

Can the printer troubleshooter fix the offline issue?

It may be possible that the troubleshooter can resolve your problem. Go to the Windows taskbar and navigate to the Settings option. After that, click Devices and select Printers and Scanners. Now, click on the "Run the troubleshoot option" on the right side of the window. As you click on the option, it will Start troubleshooting the printer problem.

It may happen that the problem has not arisen due to a driver issue. There can be other reasons behind the offline issue, such as wrong printer configuration, incorrect IP address, poor Internet connection, incorrect power settings, etc.

If the offline printer problem occurs due to the spooler, you can fix it by restarting it. You can also check its settings and ensure the Startup type is automatic. However, if this does not cause the issue, you must look for other troubleshooting solutions to fix it.
