Fix 1: Restart Your Devices

Step 1: Restart Your Computer

1. To restart your computer, click the Windows Start button on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen and then click the power icon. 
2. Then, select the Restart option to restart the computer. 

Step 2: Restart Your Printer

1. First of all, turn off your printer by pressing the power button. 
2. Then, disconnect your printer from the power cord and the power supply. 
3. Wait for a minute and reconnect the printer to the power cord and power supply.
