For Windows 11 OS

• First, open the Run dialog box on your Windows device. To do that, simultaneously press the Windows logo button and the R key at the same time.
• After that, in the search box of the Run dialog, you need to enter ‘services.msc’ and click on the ‘Ok’ or press the ‘Enter’ button.
• Now, in the Services window, try to look for the ‘print spooler’ option and right-click on it.
• Afterward, from the given options, choose the ‘Stop’ button.
• Furthermore, you have to open the Run dialog box again.
• And then, enter ‘%windir%\System32\spool\PRINTERS’ and click on the Enter key on the keyboard. (Note- A popup box may appear on the screen for the permission of the UAC control access to the folder, you have to allow the permission.)
• After that, you will get access to the list of printer jobs in that specific folder.
• From that folder, you have to remove all the files of the print job and clear the folder.
• Now, you need to open the Run box again and enter ‘services.msc’ in the box.
• And press the Enter button or click on the ‘OK’ option.
• After that, you need to choose the ‘print spooler’ option.
• Right-click on the print spooler and select the ‘Start’ option.
• Once the above step is done, click on the exit (X) option to close the services window.
• Lastly, you can print a document to check if the printer is still facing the paper jam issue or not.

For Windows 10 OS

• Firstly, you must cancel the print job.
• Next, you need to open the scanner unit of your printer and remove all the paper from the machine.
• After that, clear it if you see any torn pieces or debris inside the machine.
• Now, close the scanner unit slowly and carefully.
• (Note- if there is any paper stuck near the result tray, take it out too.)
• And then, you need to close the printer’s output tray.
• Afterward, you are required to turn your printer off and remove its rear unit.
• Take out the jammed paper from the rear unit and delete the documents. (Repeat the process until all the documents are out.)
