If your printer is not working after the Windows update, it may be due to some driver update or a corrupt driver.

Solution 1:

• Press on Windows key+R and go to the “Apps and Features” option.
• Then, go to “Programs and Features” and choose your printer.
• Now, click on Uninstall option.
• Type printer in the search box and go to “Printer and Scanners.”
• Locate your printer and remove it.
• Download the latest Windows 10, driver.
• Reinstall it and reboot the system.
• Type printer in the search box and select “Printers and Scanners.”
• Click on Add a Printer, and your printer will be automatically visible if Windows detects your printer.
• Select your printer and follow the instruction given on the screen.
• If your printer is not visible, choose “the printer that I want wasn’t listed.”
• If your printer is connected to Bluetooth, you need to click on “Add Bluetooth.”
• Select the printer and follow on-screen instructions.
• If you have a wired printer, add a local printer and follow the instructions.

Solution 2:

• Run the printer troubleshooter.
• From the Start menu, open the Control Panel.
• Type troubleshoot in the search box and go to the Troubleshooting option.
• Click on Hardware and Sound and click on Printer.
• Open the printer troubleshooter.
