Printer Says Offline But is Online – Fix
Sometimes your printer is connected to WiFi, but it still shows as offline. That could happen if the “Use Printer Offline” option is mistakenly enabled or incorrect network settings are applied. The printer's IP address may have changed, but your computer is still looking for the old one. A large or stuck print job can also be the culprit behind this problem.
