4. Next, right-click on the Print Spooler and then choose Stop.

6. Now, go to the Services tab and then right-click on the Print Spooler. After that, click on Start.
7. Lastly, move back to the printer Print Job queue. And then, all print jobs should have been deleted now. 
8. Next, you have to start the printer device again normally.
