As the spooler act as a print manager, the issue may appear when it stops working. The problem can also occur due to the wrong spooler setting. In order to fix it, you must restart it again and change the settings. It helps remove the print jobs stuck in a queue issue.
First, go to the Start menu and then open the Run window. Then, type services.msc and hit Enter. After that, double-click the Print Spooler to open its Properties window. Move to the General tab of the Properties window and click Stop. Open the File Explorer and type %windir%\System32\spool\PRINTERS on the address bar. Press Enter, delete all the files, and again go back to the Services list. Select Start and then restart the Print Spooler service on the system. Choose the OK button to close and exit the Services window.
