Fix 'HP Officejet Pro 9015 Paper Jam' Problem

    2. Now, slide the ink cartridge from one side to another and remove any jammed paper or obstructions found. 

     3. Next, locate the paper path cover, lift the handle, and remove it. 

    4. Then, remove any paper or obstruction found here. 

     5. After that, place the paper path cover and push it down until it snaps into place. 

    6. Lower the ink cartridge access door and close the front cover.

     7. Press and hold the two buttons on the output tray and remove the tray from the printer.

     8. After that, pull out the printer tray.

     9. Look for the jammed paper in the tray area and remove it if there is any.

     10. Load some sheet of paper into the input tray and put it back inside the printer.

    11. Now, place the output tray back inside.

    12. Next, remove all the paper from the document feeder tray. 

     13. Moreover, lift the document feeder cover and look for jammed paper and debris.

       15. Lift the document feeder tab from the side and remove any paper.

      16. Lower the document feeder tab and then push down the cover until it snaps in place.

  18. Once done, lower the document feeder tray. 

Method 2: Clean Paper Pick Rollers

Sometimes when there is debris or the dust on the pick rollers then you can get the paper jam problem. Here are the steps you can follow to properly clean the HP printer pick rollers. 

      1. Initially, with the printer powered on, unplug the power cord and all the other cables from the printer. 

     2. Unplug the power cord from the power outlet. 

    3. Now, put the output tray inside and remove the input tray.

     4. Rotate the printer carefully to access the bottom. 

     5.  Locate the gray paper pick roller.

      6. Now, dampen a lint-free cloth in distilled water, then squeeze to remove any excess water. 

     7. Clean the roller to remove any build-up or debris.

     8. Rotate the roller to ensure that you clean every part. 

    9. Once done, rotate the printer back to its original position.

    10. Afterward, reinstall the output tray. 

      11. Next, open the front cover and the ink cartridge access door.

    12. Remove the paper path cover and remove it. 

      13. Clean the rollers with the lint-free cloth to remove any build-up or debris. 

      14. Place the paper path cover back into its place. 

     15. Close the ink cartridge access door and the front cover. 

      16. Reconnect the power cord to the wall outlet and the printer.

    17. Wait for the printer to turn on automatically.

    18. Load some paper into the document tray.

    19. Pull out the output tray and try to print a document.
