Connect Brother Printer to WiFi - Quick Wireless Setup
Getting a Brother printer onto your Wi-Fi doesn't have to be a faff, and this video from Printer Tales proves it. Using a Brother MFC-L2710DW as the example, it walks you through the whole process directly from the printer's control panel — no need to touch a computer or download anything.
It starts by having you press the Menu button on the printer, navigate through to the Network settings, then find the Setup Wizard option. From there the printer scans for available Wi-Fi networks, you pick yours, type in your password using the keypad, and when it asks "Apply Settings?" you confirm and you're done.
The whole thing is laid out step by step with on-screen arrows pointing to exactly what to press at each stage, so even if you've never dug into your printer's menu before you won't get lost. It's about two and a half minutes long and covers everything without padding it out.
If your Brother printer is sitting there connected by cable and you'd rather cut the wire, this is the quickest way to get it sorted.
