HP Paper Jam Error Won't Clear — How to Reset the Jam Sensor?
Sometimes a paper jam error won’t go away, even after removing all the paper. This can be very frustrating, and sometimes there isn’t even an actual jam. You may wonder why that is happening.
It can be due to a “sensor,” a tiny part inside the printer, getting stuck or not working properly. Small bits of paper or other debris may also cause the printer to think the paper is still stuck.
