Besides the common issues like paper jam, error state, and unable to connect to WiFi, a Toshiba printer can face many other issues, such as slow printing, poor-quality printing, misaligned prints, and empty toners. These issues can result from reasons like low ink levels, weak connections, incorrect installation of papers, etc. However, you can solve these issues quickly with these troubleshooting steps. 

Solution 1: Restart the Printer 

A normal printer restart will fix most of the issues within the printer. Check out how to do it: 

1. First, press and hold the power button on the printer to turn it off. 
2. Then, disconnect the printer’s power cable from the power switch and wait 5 minutes. 
3. Now, reconnect the printer’s power cable to the power outlet. 
4. Next, press the power button on the printer to turn it on. 

Once you restart the Toshiba printer, most of the issues will be resolved. 

Solution 2: Update Drivers and Firmware

Sometimes, outdated printer drivers and firmware can show issues with printing, such as slow printing or not printing at all. Check out the steps to update these drivers. 

Download: 

1. First of all, identify your printer’s name, such as Toshiba e-STUDIO 2515AC. 
2. Then, visit “business.toshiba.com/support-drivers” on an internet browser. 
3. A page will appear asking you to enter your printer’s name. Enter your printer model name, and press the Enter button. 
4. Now, select your printer’s name from the list that appears. 
5. After that, a list of printer drivers will appear on the screen. Click the Download button next to them to download them to your device. 

These drivers will be saved under your computer’s Downloads folder. 

Install: 

1. Once the drivers are downloaded, head to the Downloads folder on your computer. 
2. Then, double-click on the .exe file to open it. 
3. Now, the Toshiba printer driver installer wizard will be open. Select the Next or Install button. 
4. After that, agree to the license agreement by clicking the Agree or Next button, and the driver installation will be complete.

Solution 3: Remove and Re-Add the Printer

When the printer prints slowly, shows errors while printing, or the prints are misaligned, it can be fixed by removing and reinstalling the printer on your computer. Check out how to do it: 

Step 1: Remove the Printer 

1. Click the Start icon on your computer’s taskbar and search for the Control Panel. 
2. Then, select the Hardware and Sound option on the next screen. 
3. Select Devices and Printers, and then select your printer from the list. 
4. Once you see your printer, a remove button will appear. Click that button to remove the printer. 

Step 2: Re-add the Printer 

1. Click the Windows Start button and search for the Printers & Scanners option. 
2. Now, click the Add a printer or scanner option. 
3. Next, select your printer from the list of devices. 
4. Finally, the printer will be re-added to your computer.
